Delivery

Standard orders are shipped within 3 working days at the latest, and personalized orders are delivered within 10 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified in the order. If you are not present at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you do not go to the branch and receive your package within three days, your package will be returned to us.

In order for us to serve you better, we kindly ask you to check the products during delivery and in case of any damage (crushing, tearing, opening, getting wet, etc.), we request you to provide the return of the damaged products by keeping a report to the cargo authority.

Return conditions

If you wish to return or exchange the product you have purchased, you must submit your return and/or replacement request for the product hello@littlecutethingsclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After you receive the return or exchange confirmation e-mail, write the reason for the exchange/return to hello@littlecutethingsclub.com and send your detailed information, the product with its invoice. send it to the address we will inform you through the courier company that makes the delivery. During shipping, please inform the courier that this is a return shipment and send it with a counter payment. If you send returns or exchanges other than the cargo company we work with, the shipping fee belongs to you.

Returns and exchanges must be made with the original box or packaging sent to you. Products must be unused, undamaged, in the original condition in which they were delivered to you, in a resalable condition. In cases where the examined product does not comply with the conditions stated above, the product cannot be exchanged, refunded and the price cannot be refunded.

Product exchange and return are evaluated on the day the package reaches us. If the product return is approved, your refund amount will be refunded to the credit card you used to purchase the product within 10 business days after the product reaches us.

Personalised products such as wallpapers and posters cannot be returned due to the right of withdrawal and similar reasons. However, if there is a damage or manufacturing defect in your product, please contact us at hello@littlecutethingsclub.com and we will discuss solutions together.

Cancel Order

To cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to hello@littlecutethingsclub.com. If your order has not been shipped or for special production products, production has not started; your order will be canceled according to the order cancellation request you specified in the e-mail. If your order has been shipped or production has begun, the return procedure will be executed.
